Joseph Di Staulo Jr.
Joseph Di Staulo Jr. brings over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, following in the footsteps of his father who founded Joseph Di Staulo Homes in 1957. Joseph’s career took off after graduating with honors in Construction Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1982. He has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including residential and commercial buildings, and has a strong track record of delivering intricate custom homes. Joseph’s dedication to managing client expectations and his commitment to sustainable building practices have made him a sought-after builder in the area. In 2001, he established Di Staulo Construction I, LLC and in 2012, he reinstated Joseph Di Staulo Homes, operating with offices in Cresskill and Alpine, New Jersey. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on client goals, Joseph creates lasting relationships with his clients and the communities he serves.

History of Joseph Di Staulo Homes
Just shy of his 18th birthday Joseph Distaulo Sr. arrived from Italy with dreams of a better life. He arrived at Ellis Island with less two dollars to his name, and not able to speak a word of English. In less then six years by the age of twenty four he built his first home.
Joseph Di Staulo Sr. using a simple, but effective formula, integrity, his word, drive, and eye for detail, established a reputation as a quality builder, that was the blueprint for his success. By 1960 he was well on his way. The business was growing, and so was his family. That same year Joseph and his wife would welcome their first son Joseph Jr. they would go on to have two more sons, Thomas, and John Paul.
At the age of 17 Joseph Jr. earned the responsibility to manage the 14-unit Garden Apartment Building for Joseph Sr. in Guttenberg NJ.
Joseph starts college at Fairleigh Dickenson University, majoring in Construction Engineering. That same year Joseph Sr. incorporated to “Di Staulo Construction Co.”, opening the door for his son to officially join the family business.
Under the mentorship of his father, Joseph Jr. Incorporates “C&D Construction Co,”, builds and sells his first home, while completing several residential renovations.

Graduates Cum Laude earns a four year degree with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering.

Joseph starts to leverage his talent as a custom home builder and forms several construction partnerships. In 1989 Joseph would be appointed President of his father’s company. In 1992 he partnered and formed Amazon Acres LTD, which is still an active construction development company today.
